WELCOME TO GETITHERE’S SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

 Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping (excluding weekends and holidays).

All next-day delivery items should be ordered by 2 pm. All non-Eats & Deli items for same day delivery items should be ordered by 9 am.

Pre-ordered items are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.

We try to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We are not perfect.

Personalized (custom) orders take 6-8 weeks to create and deliver because they are made-to-order.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

Customers are sent a confirmation email once an order has been received and another notification when the order has been shipped.

N.B All Shipping charges are based on weight, length, height, and distance to delivery.

LOCAL PICKUP

• Local pickup is available Monday to Friday, 12 pm till 5 pm and Saturday from 8 am till 1 pm.
• An email is sent to you when your order is ready for pickup.

HARARE DELIVERY ZONE

• Free delivery (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) is on orders above $100 (after discounts and before taxes) within our Harare delivery zone. Orders placed by 9 am on delivery days will be delivered the same day. Deliveries occur between 12 noon and 7 pm.
• All orders below $100 will be subject to shipping costs according to the shipping address.
• GetItHereZW works with the customer for contactless delivery.
• Plants are available for delivery to those customers located within the Harare delivery zone. We deliver to one address per order.

HARARE (OUTSIDE DELIVERY ZONE)

• Orders placed by customers outside the Harare Delivery Zone will be shipped using our delivery agents

REST OF ZIMBABWE

• Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday – Friday) using a reputable courier service. Reputable courier services’ standard delivery is 2-7 days, but they also report if delays are occurring.

OUTSIDE ZIMBABWE

• We DO NOT ship to international destinations unless a product is clearly stated INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AVAILABLE in product description.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed in your cart and at checkout. 

For free shipping: We offer free shipping to for all orders below $100 (after discounts, before taxes). 

Import Fees & Duties: The customer is responsible for paying ALL import duties and fees with local authorities in their country of delivery for ALL internationally shipped products.
