Buyer Service

Q. How does the buyer service work?

A. Click on My Account at the top right hand corner of any page of the website.

Log In to your existing account or Register to create a new account.

Once logged in or registered you are now able to browse through the various products on our Shop Page or by choosing the various Categories on Shop By Department and the top left menu.

You can Add to Cart, Add to Wishlist  or Add to Compare various products.

You access your Cart through the Cart Icon on the Header Section of the website.

Click Checkout on the Cart Page to Order your products. Choose a Payment Method as well as your Delivery Address’ details. Make Payment and receive order details and updates through your email address you used at Checkout.

 

 

 Vendor Service

Q. How does the vendor service work?

A. First step is to click on Sell With Us on the top left corner of any page on our website.

Go through a 3-step process starting by choosing a monthly plan, except the Free 7-day plan.

Fill in the required details on the Registration Tab and click Register.

For the monthly plans choose your Payment Method on the Payment Tab and make payment. 

Once payment is confirmed you are ready to start uploading your products for us to sell on our website.

Product Types are different line items you can sell with us e.g. Boys Shoes; Girls Shoes; Women Shoes; Men Shoes etc..

Categories are different Product Categories you can sell with us e.g. Babies, Pets & Toys; Appliances & Homeware; Bakery; Eats & Deli etc..

 

 

Shipping & Deliveries

Q. Can I change my delivery address after I have ordered?

A. Yes you just go on your order in My Account and change the delivery address only before it has been delivered.

Q. Can I choose a preferred delivery date and time?

A. Yes when placing your order there is an option to choose a specific delivery date and time.

Q. Can I reschedule my delivery?

A. Yes after your order has been placed you are able to change your specific order delivery date and time before it has been delivered.

Q. Can l track my order till delivery?

A. All orders are tracked using Order Number and Billing Email on our Order Tracking page. Alternatively regular updates are sent through notifications to the customer.

Q. Do you ship to other countries outside Zimbabwe?

A. Currently only products marked International Shipping Available are shipped outside Zimbabwe.

Q. What delivery options are available?

A. Free Shipping, Local Pickup, Store Shipping and Standard Shipping.

Q. What happens if a product is missing from my delivery?

A. Please Contact Us immediately for rectification.

Q. Who carries large appliances into the intended use area?

A. Our delivery team is responsible for carrying in all large appliances into their places of intended use.

Collections

Q. Can l send someone to collect for me?

A. Yes, you can send someone only after making arrangements and confirmation with us.

Q. Do you allow order pickups and how much?

A. Yes, Local Pickups are available and for free.

Q. How will l know when my order is ready for collection?

A. All order updates are sent through notifications including when an order is now available for pick up.

Q. Is the collection available to all products?

A. No, not all orders are available for Local Pickup.

Q. Is it possible to change my order from Collect to Delivery?

A. Yes, all order changes are available through My Account page.

Q. Is it possible to extend my collection period?

A. Yes, all Local Pickups are flexible for extensions.

Returns & Refunds

Q. Can I drop off a return at your pickup point?

A. Yes, all returns are allowed to be dropped off at our Local Pickup points.

Q. Do you accept exchanges for different sizes/colors?

A. Yes, exchanges are allowed subject to our Returns Policy.

Q. Do you have a returns policy?

Q. How do return something?

A. Please refer to the Returns Policy or alternatively Contact Us.

Q. How do you treat returns of faulty/damaged delivered items?

A. please refer to our Returns Policy.

Q. How will l track the status of my returns?

A. All returns are updated directly to the customer through notifications or through My Account page dashboard.

Q. Who will carry in returning a large item?

A. Our delivery team is responsible for carrying in all large items for returns.

Payments

Q. How do I pay for my cart?

A. You can pay for your cart via Checkout. On Cart Page click on Checkout and then choose your preferred form of payment from the ones available for you.

Q. Do I receive any payment confirmation?

A. Yes, all payment confirmations are sent through email to the Billing Email used during Checkout.

Q. What items can l pay with cash?

A. During Checkout and having chosen Cash on Delivery you will be alerted if your order qualifies for that payment method.

Q. What can change the price of my items at check out?

A. Exchange rate changes or shipping method changes and product price changes by seller.

Q. Why is my coupon code not working?

A. Coupon codes have an expiry date and must be used before their expiry date.

Q. Why is my Gift Voucher not working?

A. All Gift Vouchers have an expiry date and must be used before the expiry date.
